hire an experienced Closer/Funder with experience working in a fast
paced wholesale setting on Conventional, FHA, and VA loan types

Be Doing* Prepare & review loan closing paperwork and packages* Act
as a liaison between all parties included in the mortgage loan
transactions taking place* Ensure closing details are in compliance
with all state & federal guidelines* Maintain an accurate closing
schedule* Address and resolve any issues, concerns, or problems
regarding documentation* Ensure the completeness and accuracy of
all necessary mortgage documentsWhat You Need for this Position* 5+
