Nurses (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the

-Current California Vocational Nurse License
-1 year of LVN experience
-Current CA Identification
-Current PPD or chest x-ray (PPD 2 step required)
-Current Health physical (Dated within the last 6
If you do not have a current PPD/chest x-ray and physical. If
eligible for hire we are able to send you to one of our clinics to
get this completed. Aveanna will assume the cost.
