Infoshare is looking for experienced professionals who can manage and deliver security testing and ethical hacking services in line with industry standards. Expected to take an active role in help building Infoshare attack and penetration testing capability, working with alliance partners and advising clients on the current market trends.Providing specialist advice as engagement teams working on the likes of infrastructure and application penetration tests, objective-based tests, intelligence-led attack simulation tests or supporting with optimising cyber defence operations for our clients.You will work with colleagues in India and globally to develop new and innovative penetration testing solutions and sector-specific industry propositions that solve client problems/issues and integrate with their overall IT delivery and support strategy.In addition to the above penetration testing specific roles, you will also have opportunities to work across multiple aspects of Cyber, Technology and business solutions. It is expected to develop, maintain processes and technologies across the enterprise to ensure information and information technology risks are within acceptable levels as defined by the CIO, CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.Role and Responsibilities:Working across a portfolio of penetration testing engagements with our clients, responsible for the day to day management of engagement activity, ensuring the engagements achieve quality, time and budget targetsWorking with prospective clients on the planning and delivery phases of engagementsReviewing and producing high quality reports as part of a team, for review by project leadersTaking ownership for Quality and Risk Management to ensure client work is delivered consistently and in compliance with Infoshare quality standardsIdentifying and pursuing sales opportunities and working with senior practice leaders and market leaders in the creation of proposals and marketing materialLeading and developing senior and junior consultants by sharing knowledge, acting as mentor to coach them and leading by exampleCreating thought leadership and market materials for selling and promoting Infoshare Cyber offerings in the marketThe Director is the interface between the CIO's strategic activities and the work of the cybersecurity technology-focused analysts in the IT organization.Skills and attributes for successBe professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertiseBe a good communicator with the ability to contribute assuredly to technical security discussions with peers and managementBe a team player who is not only looking to enhance their own career but recognises the value of teamwork, facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team membersTake a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreementBe able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutionsBe confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignmentsStructure and manage projects which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issuesTo qualify for the role you must haveA degree in computer security, computer science, or equivalent.Clear and demonstrable understanding of penetration testing and red-teaming concepts,Experience with managing end-to-end delivery of penetration tests and leading teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience of producing and reviewing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership Ideally, you'll also haveRelated qualifications such as OSCE, OSWE, OSEP or relevant certifications.Experience in tailored testing operationsExperience with Research & Development
