Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Researcher Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying usability issues on the logged out home page
Understanding how users interpret and engage with lesson
content
Learning which feature prototypes best support user actions and
workflows
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrable experience in product research or user
experience (UX) research
Hands-on experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative
research methods
Hands-on experience with the full research operations process
Ability to translate research findings into actionable
recommendations
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with
cross-functional teams
