Job Description:
A company is looking for a Volunteer Screening Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and transcribe phone interviews to assess volunteer
applicants for motivation and program fit
Manage and track confidential volunteer data using Salesforce and
other tools
Provide guidance and customer service to applicants throughout the
screening process
Qualifications
Two to three years of experience in nonprofits, customer service,
communications, or related fields
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
remote setting
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Minimum typing speed of 40-60 WPM for transcription tasks
Interest in social impact, youth development, and education
