Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contractor - Renewal Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client retention and renewal of inventory accounts while
coordinating with the Sales Team
Achieve key performance indicators related to account retention and
year-over-year growth of renewals
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and
drive overall satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Healthcare,
Supply Chain, or relevant work experience
2+ years of prior account management and B2B sales experience
preferred
Prior healthcare experience is preferred
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in Salesforce or other CRM preferred
