Required Qualifications
Experience in product or UX/UI design focusing on growth and

A portfolio demonstrating data-informed design decisions and
measurable impact
Deep understanding of user psychology and behavior-driven design
principles
Experience with A/B testing tools and interpreting test results
Collaborative mindset with the ability to advocate for user needs
and business goals
