Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Coordinator - Remote (Central
Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities:
Process patient referrals and applications using a centralized CRM
system
Answer inquiries and provide updates on patient case statuses
Document detailed notes during calls and manage cases from initial
contact to final outcome
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2-4 years of customer service or call center experience
preferred
Experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is a plus
Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM while maintaining call
quality
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
