Job Description:
A company is looking for an Industry Leader - Consumer Business
Services (CBS - Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a CBS subject matter expert and trusted advisor to
internal teams and Salesforce representatives
Drive revenue targets and ensure project profitability and success
within the CBS practice
Develop industry-specific use cases and maintain strong
relationships with Salesforce partners
Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in consulting, delivery leadership, or
program management focused on the Consumer Business Services
industry
Deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and customer lifecycle
within the CBS sector
Strong relationships with Salesforce Core RVPs, AEs, and ecosystem
partners
Experience in developing and marketing industry-specific use
cases
Background in team building, mentoring, and practice development
efforts
