A company is looking for an AI Transformation Lead to drive the
adoption and implementation of AI-powered tools and automations
across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with teams to identify business challenges and operational
bottlenecks
Design AI-based solutions and evaluate the best tools and platforms
for implementation
Build AI-driven automations and support teams in adopting new
workflows
Required Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in business and technology product
management or related fields
Proven track record of implementing tech-enabled solutions with
measurable business impact
Hands-on experience with AI tools and familiarity with
no-code/low-code platforms
Strong business acumen and ability to frame and solve ambiguous
problems
Comfortable working autonomously and driving initiatives from start
to finish
