Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service
Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls,
emails, and chats in both English and Spanish
Assist patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies
with inquiries and scheduling, resolving issues with empathy and
professionalism
Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain organized records of all
interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Quiet, private workspace at home with a wired high-speed internet
connection
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office applications and ability to
operate computer equipment
Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual candidates required)
