Job Description:
A company is looking for Work From Home Call Center
Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Contact homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement
services
Provide excellent customer service while setting appointments and
answering questions
Commit to a fixed schedule, working evenings and weekends until
9:00 PM CST
Required Qualifications
Must be a current Alaska resident
Ability to type at least 35 WPM and possess above-average computer
skills
Experience with navigating systems while multitasking on calls
Must be able to work a fixed schedule that ends no earlier than
9:00 PM CST
High-speed wired internet and specific computer requirements must
be met
