Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of the Skills-Based Organization
(SBO) project roadmap
Deliver successful SBO initiatives by fostering collaboration and
managing operational processes
Partner with HR and functional leaders to design and implement
rollout strategies for SBO adoption
Required Qualifications
Strong project management background
Experience in implementing talent strategies in a skills-based
environment
Ability to monitor project progress and analyze performance against
KPIs
Knowledge of industry best practices in skills-based
organizations
Experience in change management and training delivery
