A company is looking for a Global Lead, Talent Acquisition
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop enablement strategies for the global TA
organization, including training programs for recruiting teams and
hiring managers
Own content development and delivery, ensuring resources are
current, accessible, and engaging
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and
guide global recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of talent acquisition experience
5 or more years leading learning/enablement programs
Proven track record developing training content and resources
Experience building cross-functional partnerships globally
Strong project management and organizational skills
