experiences
Oversee curriculum development, technology integration, and program
assessment
Support faculty recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation to foster a
collaborative work culture
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Terminal degree or related experience closely tied to academic
program
Academic leadership experience
Ability to teach a variety of departmental course offerings
Demonstrated leadership in academic program development and faculty
management
Proven experience in teaching and leading
