Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant (Italian
& English) to provide customer support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and
chats
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers step-by-step
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
1-2 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced
environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable
internet connection
