As an Automotive Technical Support Specialist/Engineer you will:

Provide automotive industry technical support to customers.

Use your experience to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of vehicles, computers, tablets and tools.
This will require strong problem solving skills with a focus on customer service.

This is a full time contingent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience troubleshooting complex electrical, and mechanical issues

Expert vehicle diagnosis experience combined with strong communication skills.

Ability to reference electrical diagrams and published service bulletins to provide accurate advice for vehicle and software issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as an Auto Mechanic, Automotive Service Desk, or similar
Computer experience, able to work with MS Office Suite

Mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles experience
Vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
Ability to handle various Tools and service equipment, to include automotive life, wheel balancer, alignment, etc.
Education or mechanical training from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship (preferred)
Master Automotive Technician ASE certification is a plus

Pay Rate: $35/HOUR-$45.42/HOUR
