Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Junior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to employee inquiries regarding C&T policies,
Workday navigation, data requests, payroll, and other
C&T-related matters
Keeping employee data up to date, initiating processes, loading
data, and facilitating process completion
Assisting employees and managers with C&T technology tools,
including troubleshooting technical issues and providing
training
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology,
Business, or a related field
Minimum of one year of prior experience in a role involving
Workday, such as HRIS or Shared Services Analyst
Strong interest in HR technology and systems and desire to become
proficient in managing Workday
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and the
ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
