Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation of activities for the absence
workstream
Analyze processes and ensure alignment with business
requirements
Collaborate with teams to develop solutions and optimize business
function performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday US Absence
Management
Workday Absence Certification is required
Experience in government industry preferred
Ability to engage with multiple teams and manage key decisions
Expert proficiency in systems configuration and troubleshooting
