Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Consultant - Personal
Lines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agents by reviewing
property inspection reports for insurability
Evaluate and determine policy cancellation, reinstatement, or
modification of coverage within guidelines
Provide service to customers regarding policy coverage risk and
approvals or denials
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of Agency or underwriting experience in Personal
Lines
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred,
or equivalent work experience
Experience with homeowners and other lines of insurance
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and risk evaluation
Ability to process transactions and adjust records according to
company policy
