A company is looking for an Operations Complaint Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and catalog incoming complaints, including
documentation and research
Lead the resolution of complaints by collaborating with customers
and agencies
Create detailed response letters and consult with management on
escalated concerns
Required Qualifications
3-5 years in Compliance or Operations, with an emphasis on written
communications
2 years of experience with Indexed Universal Life Insurance
High school diploma required
Ability to make impactful decisions and remain calm in escalated
situations
Strong relationship-building skills
