Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Entry / Quote Analyst to support
its Customer Success team during a critical renewal cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers
Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined
renewal terms
Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are
ready for delivery
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support,
or customer success
Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ highly
preferred)
Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal
documentation
Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and large data sets
Must be able to work EST or CST
