A company is looking for a ServiceNow Product Consultant with
FSO experience.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements and conduct discovery and
analysis
Support presales activities and create user stories, workflows, and
business rules
Design and implement Service Catalog rationalization and agile
methodologies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of consulting experience
5+ years of ServiceNow product experience
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-CSM, FSO, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega, Appian, or
ServiceMax
TOGAF certification preferred
