Our top-performing real estate team is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
--- Generate new leads through a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email, and direct mail
--- Prospect and make circle dials to target FSBOs, Expireds, and other potential leads.
--- Qualify leads and set appointments for our agents to meet with prospective clients
--- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
--- Use our CRM system to track leads and follow up with clients
--- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

Qualifications:
--- Must be articulate and enthusiastic on the phone.
--- Prior experience in a similar position is a requirement.
--- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
--- Familiarity with CRM systems and other real estate technology is a plus
