Job Description:
A company is looking for a Broker Service Representative II to
provide support to Sales Consultants, Brokers, and Carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and
claims through phone and written correspondence
Analyze and resolve issues, providing information and solutions to
customers
Document inquiry outcomes and maintain positive customer relations
while coordinating with internal functions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or degree
preferred
At least 1 year of experience as a Broker Service Representative I
or equivalent insurance service experience
Ability to understand and use computer systems and office equipment
effectively
Availability to work additional hours during peak seasons,
including holidays and weekends
Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills
