Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Tier 1 Support Agent
(Remote- US Based).
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and
phone
Classify inquiries based on severity and priority and escalate
issues as needed
Provide timely updates to customers and assist with backup coverage
for Tier 2 support
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role
Ability to work independently and in small teams
Self-motivated to gain proficiency with new technologies
Experience troubleshooting software issues in a SaaS environment
preferred
