Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and renew existing customer subscriptions to ensure
continued usage of services and enhance customer experience
Meet and exceed sales quotas through high-volume outbound sales and
maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
Provide outstanding customer service, build relationships, and
address customer objections effectively
Qualifications:
High School diploma (or equivalent)
1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Turkish
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce is a plus
