Job Description:
A company is looking for a Universal Sales Representative to
work in an inside sales role, selling and supporting various dental
savings plans.
Key Responsibilities
Identify consumer needs and recommend appropriate dental savings
plans
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals in a
high-performing environment
Educate consumers on plan features and manage the enrollment
process through calls
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of Call Center Sales experience
High-energy personality with a positive attitude and assertive
sales orientation
Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and KPIs
Bilingual (English and Spanish) or multilingual is a plus
