an opportunity to speak with you. Summary: The Sales Representative
for Airgain is responsible for new account development within their
territory. Additionally, this position is responsible for obtaining
profitable results and meeting the sales objectives for their
accounts. We are looking for someone in one of the major metro
cities in Seattle, Las Vegas, Portland, Los Angeles, Phoenix. Must
have 3- years of experience in technical sales in wireless
products, public sector (First Responders), transportation, utility
companies, or enterprise sales. Essential Function: Find and create
new business opportunities for Airgain’s vehicle gateway (AC-Fleet)
and smart network repeater solution (Lighthouse) Present value of
company to customers and strategic partners to expand current base
or cultivate new markets. Provide Consultative discussions with the
Customer to solve the Customers' needs with Airgain Solutions.
Conduct sales forecasting / opportunity tracking. Review market
analyses to determine customer needs and pricing. Represent company
at regional and national trade shows/conferences. Develop and
implement Strategic Customer Plans. Prepare periodic sales reports
showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client
base expansion. Work closely with sales management on strategic
objectives and annual revenue targets. Accustomed to working with
CRM tools. Other duties as required. Requirements/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar
field. (Preferred) 3- years of experience in technical sales with
one of the following markets or similar: Wireless products Public
sector (First Responders) Transportation Utility companies
Enterprise sales Experience working in a high demand sales role and
meeting quarterly numbers. Some knowledge of mobile fleet, public
safety, utility, IT sales. Ability to establish and maintain
rapport with partners and new customers. Demonstrated ability to
exceed revenue targets and grow business year over year. Business
development and solution selling experience. Ability to write
clearly and informatively. Ability to vary writing style as needed
to target a variety of different audience members. Ability to
present sales data and customer tracking information. Ability to
support and explain reasoning for decisions. Ability to travel over
50% of the time, as needed. Must be able to obtain and hold a

US base salary range for this full-time position is
$55,000-$65,000Commissions (Sales Incentive Plan) Our salary ranges
are determined by several factors, including role, location,
job-related skills, relevant education, experience, and training.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range
for new hire base salary for the position across all US locations
and varies by the location of the position. Our Talent team members
can share more about our salary ranges and other benefits of
working at Airgain, which are not included in the posted base
