Responsibilities: List and sell residential real estate properties
using live-connection leads. Negotiate purchase agreements and
contracts with buyers and sellers. Conduct market analysis to
determine property value for high-intent consumers. Educate clients
on fundamental real estate procedures and market trends. Commit to
client success and maintain top-tier service ratings. Exclusive

All candidates must possess an active DRE license prior to joining.
Full-time dedication to the real estate profession. Strong
communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with modern
technology and CRM systems. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 -
$250,000.00 per year (Commission-based) Benefits: Flexible schedule
