Locations Throughout San Diego Salary: $85,000-$100,000 (Depending

Includ(Ed) provides early intervention-focused inclusive preschool
where all are welcome. Collectively, our staff provides the
support, care, and education that enable typically-developing
children and children with disabilities to learn, play, and thrive
together. We also provide in-home early start therapies and Infant
Education to families around the county. Job Summary: We are
seeking a neurodiversity-affirming, passionate, and dedicated Early
Intervention Physical Therapist to join our growing field team.
Components of this role include conducting assessment, diagnosis,
and intervention services to children ages birth to three years who
require physical therapy services, working collaboratively with
families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop
individualized treatment plans and support the overall development
of each child. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity

families. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and
assessments to children with a variety of diagnoses in children
ages birth to three years. Provide direct physical therapy services
to children in their homes. Develop individualized treatment plans
based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based
interventions and tailoring strategies to suit the unique needs and
strengths of each child. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and
other professionals to establish goals and objectives for therapy
and provide ongoing support and education. Monitor progress and
adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for
each child. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of
services provided, progress notes, and communication with families
and other team members. Participate in team meetings, case
conferences, and professional development activities to enhance
clinical skills and stay current on best practices in early
intervention and physical therapy. Qualifications: Master's degree
or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Current state licensure or
eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience
working with young children, preferably in an early intervention
setting. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric
physical therapy Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
with the ability to establish rapport with children and families
from diverse backgrounds. Experience working as part of a
multidisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues from various
disciplines to support the needs of children and families. Passion
for working with young children and making a positive impact on
their development and quality of life. Physical Requirements of the
Job: Standing for 2 plus hours per day Stooping, bending, climbing,
driving, and walking frequently Lifting up to 40 pounds
