Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and engage
potential clients through various channels, including networking,
cold calling, and attending industry events. Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and pain points to
provide customized IT service solutions that align with their
business objectives. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and
deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that
effectively communicate the value of our services. Relationship
Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling services. Collaboration with Technical
Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure a clear
understanding of service offerings and capabilities, facilitating
effective communication with clients. Reporting & Analytics:
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and
generate reports to inform strategic decision-making. Required
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within an
IT, MSP, or technical services environment. Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite and CRM software (experience with ConnectWise is a
plus). Strong understanding of MSP services and IT solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving mindset
with a focus on client needs. Preferred Qualifications: Three or
more years of experience in a sales role within a Managed Service
Provider or IT services firm. Hands-on experience with MSP tools
like ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, and IT Glue. Relevant
certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
Experience in developing sales strategies and executing marketing
campaigns. Key Competencies: Sales Acumen: Ability to identify
opportunities and close deals effectively. Client Service
Orientation: Commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for
clients and understanding their unique needs. Initiative and
Adaptability: Ownership of challenges and adaptability in a dynamic
MSP landscape. Attention to Detail: Diligence in maintaining
accurate records and ensuring compliance. Collaboration: Team
player skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
