Job Description Job Description Talent Sourcing Direct is looking for a Class B Driver with some Warehouse Work with the following experience: Will be reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and safety-conscious individual to join our operations team in a hybrid role that includes delivery driving, warehouse duties, and swing reach operation. This position involves customer and inter-facility deliveries, loading/unloading, inventory handling. Key Responsibilities Driving & Pickup Duties • Deliver products to customers and internal facilities promptly and professionally. • Pick up parts, supplies, and raw materials as requested. • Transport recycling materials (e.g., cardboard) to designated facilities. • Complete delivery and pickup documentation accurately. • Drive between multiple warehouse locations, ensuring proper inventory handoff or transfer. • Perform general material handling as needed. Warehouse & Inventory Support • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks. • Stack and segregate boxes from overseas shipping containers onto pallets. • Organize inbound and outbound boxes from various locations. • Pick inventory from warehouse shelves for production or internal transfer. • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory at multiple locations. • Maintain clean, organized warehouse conditions and support general housekeeping tasks. • Record stock movements and support inventory adjustments in tracking systems. Swing Reach Operation • Operate a swing reach forklift to pick and place pallets and boxes in elevated storage locations. • Must be amenable to taking a specialized swing reach training course if selected. • Must successfully pass swing reach certification if sent to training. • Comfortably and safely perform tasks at heights of 25 feet or more. • Follow all safety protocols when working at height and using machinery. Facility & Security Duties • Open and secure buildings, including arming/disarming alarm systems. • Ensure facilities are locked and alarms activated at the end of shifts or when vacated. • Support basic maintenance and facility readiness tasks as needed. • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain). • Willingness to train and certify on swing reach machine if selected. • Must pass swing reach certification if sent to training. • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. • Familiarity with inventory tracking and warehouse documentation. • Comfortable working at heights and in fast-paced environments. • Strong attention to detail, safety, and time management. • Basic knowledge of building alarm systems or willingness to learn. • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor. • Must be ok with driver monitoring camera and other cameras on/in the truck Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in delivery, warehouse operations, or general labor. • Bilingual abilities a plus. • Familiarity with food or manufacturing environments is an advantage. Working Conditions • Full-time position with occasional overtime or flexible hours. • Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions. • Requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and repetitive movement. Note: Pre-employment drug test required. Random drug testing may occur up to twice per year or more.
