At B. Braun Medical Inc., a pioneer in healthcare solutions, we are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our Manufacturing division, specifically working from Wednesday to Saturday, starting at 5 PM. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the streamlined operation of our manufacturing processes, focusing on producing high-quality pharmaceutical products while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will not only supervise the manufacturing processes but will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility during assigned shifts. Monitor production processes and employee performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Implement and maintain strict regulatory compliance and safety protocols. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Manage staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and developing team members. Prepare detailed reports on production performance and process control. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless production and development processes. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of manufacturing practices and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in quality control, GMP, and Lean manufacturing. Medical Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred. Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
