Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Clearance Coordinator who will
ensure all title requirements are completed to clear files for
closing.
Key Responsibilities
Review Title Commitments and address title exceptions for
clearance
Collaborate with borrowers, clients, and third parties to resolve
title issues
Manage a pipeline of files and respond to inquiries in a timely
manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry
Working knowledge of real estate titles and closings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
