Job Description Job Description IRP Medical is seeking a
Document Control Coordinator to support the Quality organization by
managing and maintaining controlled documentation systems. This
role ensures documentation accuracy, accessibility, and compliance
with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Document Control Administrator supports IRP Medical, San
Clemente with the creation, revision, routing, and retention of
production, test, validation, and labeling records. About IRP
Medical: IRP Medical manufactures high-quality silicone and
elastomer components for medical and life-science applications. We

healthcare industry. Job Accountabilities: Create, revise, and
maintain controlled documentation related to production, testing,
validation, and labeling. Support the generation and control of
standardized documentation in alignment with site Quality
requirements. Manage and route documentation through established
workflows for review and approval. Ensure timely and accurate
processing of document change requests and updates. Ensure all
controlled documents comply with company policies and applicable
regulatory and quality standards, including ISO, FDA, and ITAR.
Support the review of production and quality documents for
accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Conduct periodic quality
checks on reports, logs, and dashboards to maintain data integrity.
Maintain both physical and electronic document records in
accordance with document control procedures. Archive obsolete or
superseded documents per record retention policies. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams and external partners to collect
required documentation and facilitate document routing. Serve as a
liaison between departments to ensure clarity and continuity of
document control processes. Utilize and support the functionality
of the electronic document control system. Troubleshoot document
control system issues and provide feedback for continuous
improvement. Verify, process, and record invoices to ensure
alignment with purchase orders and receipts. Scan invoices and
enter data into the local ERP system while preventing duplicate or
unauthorized payments. Job Specifications: Education: High school
diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or coursework in
Quality, Business, or related field preferred Years’ Experience:
0–2 years of experience in Document Control, Quality
Administration, or a related role Skills: High attention to detail
with strong accuracy and consistency Excellent organizational and
time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and
meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with document management systems and basic ERP tools
Analytical and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of quality
and regulatory standards (ISO, FDA, ITAR preferred) Bilingual
